Winter Soup Recipe

Winter means hot soups for me. I always recommend soups as they are nutritious, light and quite healthy.. Here it is, the recipe for my favorite winter soup is here for you now.. Don’t be intimidated by the ingredients, you prepare and cook them all at once.. If it is ginger and turmeric, please add it.. Even if you can’t find every ingredient, it’s okay, just have legumes and some vegetables and broth.. Bon appetit

Winter soup ingredients

  • 1 cup of washed red lentils or green lentils
  • 1 bowl of boiled wheat
  • 1 bowl of bulgur or Firik bulgur
  • 1 bowl of boiled kidney beans
  • 3-4 root broccoli
  • 1 medium potato
  • 1 medium size carrots
  • A pinch of kale, spinach or chard
  • 1-2 tablespoons of homemade noodles
  • 1 whole onion
  • 1 grated root ginger (strengthens immunity, relieves inflammation and inflammation in the body)
  • A pinch of turmeric
  • 5 glasses of bone or broth (Please do not use bouillon)
  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation of winter soup

Chop potatoes and carrots into cubes and pour into a deep pot. Broccoli, lentils, kidney beans, wheat, bulgur are added into it, and water is poured over it.. Then the kale is finely chopped and added to the pot.. Lastly, salt and peeled whole onion are added, the lid of the pot is closed, and it is cooked on medium heat for half an hour.. 5 minutes before it is cooked, a pinch of turmeric and ginger, previously grated, is added to the soup.. After cooking, anyone can consume it through a blender or in granules.
